Using this website
The information on this website is provided in good faith to describe the care offered by Urban Tail Sitters. Photographs show real dogs who have stayed with us. Content may change as our services change.
Enquiries are not bookings
Sending the enquiry form, an email, a message or calling us does not create a confirmed booking. A stay is only confirmed once we have discussed your dates and your dog's needs and confirmed the arrangement with you directly. Availability is never guaranteed.
Suitability
Every dog is assessed individually. We may decline or end a stay where a dog is not suited to a shared farm environment, or where behaviour, health or safety concerns arise for that dog, for other dogs in our care or for our family. We are not able to guarantee that the farm suits every dog.
Your responsibilities as an owner
Please give us accurate information about your dog, including temperament, health conditions, medication, dietary needs and behaviour around other dogs. Dogs should be up to date with vaccinations, flea and worm treatment. Please provide emergency contact details for the duration of the stay.
Care, health and emergencies
We do not provide veterinary treatment, grooming or behavioural training. If your dog appears unwell or is injured we will try to contact you and, if needed, seek veterinary attention. Reasonable veterinary costs incurred remain the owner's responsibility.
Arrival, handover and the property
The farm is a private property. Visits and handovers are arranged in advance. The precise farm location is shared once your booking has been discussed. Please arrive only at an agreed time and follow any instructions given for the safety of the dogs on the property.
Fees and cancellations
Fees are quoted and agreed with you before a stay begins; no prices are charged through this website. If your plans change, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the dates to someone else.
Photos
We may take photos of your dog during a stay to share updates with you and occasionally on our social channels. Tell us if you would prefer your dog not to be shared publicly.
