Information we collect
We only collect what we need to answer your enquiry and care for your dog. That is usually your name, phone number, email address, requested dates, the type of care you are after and details about your dog such as breed, age, routine, temperament and health needs. We do not take payments through this website.
How we use your information
Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, confirm suitability and availability, arrange handovers and provide care during a stay. We may send you photos and updates about your dog while they are with us. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Sharing your information
We share information only where it is necessary, for example with a veterinarian in an emergency involving your dog, or with the service providers that host this website and deliver our email. Photos of dogs may be shared on our social channels; let us know if you would prefer your dog not to be featured.
Cookies and website analytics
This website does not run advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may record standard technical information such as page requests and approximate location for security and performance purposes. The Google Maps panel on our contact page is provided by Google and is subject to Google's own privacy terms.
How long we keep information
Enquiry and booking details are kept only as long as needed for our records and any repeat bookings. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or raise a concern about how it has been handled by emailing urbantailsitters@gmail.com. We will respond as quickly as we reasonably can.
